It is our policy to send text reminders the day before your treatment, however it is the responsibility of the individual to know your appointment time.
In order to ensure the utmost efficiency of our time and schedules, we have implemented a missed appointment fee. Please note that all cancellations or changes must be done within a minimum of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in full payment of that service.
